MiGUIDE
"Making life with diabetes better" is the motto of MiGuide, a startup focused on delivering effective integrated lifestyle medicine (GLI). Empowering patients to take control and providing strong guidance are crucial, and a digital solution is indispensable. Together with Next Dynamics, MiGuide developed a lifestyle coaching app that encourages users to exercise more and eat healthier. Healthcare providers use a web portal for real-time insights into movement and nutrition scores, as well as patient goals. The system is seamlessly integrated with various general practice information systems.
poctConnect
poctConnect offers a secure connectivity platform for decentralized point-of-care instruments. Laboratories place diagnostic instruments in general practices to conduct lab tests. With poctConnect, general practitioners can identify patients accurately, ensuring the quality of test results. The platform processes approximately 8,000 orders per month across 400 general practices. Since 2018, Next Dynamics has been developing and managing the connectivity platform, enabling efficient and controlled diagnostics.
DIGIDOK
Next Dynamics collaborated with DigiDok to develop an online consultation preparation tool. Triage for incoming healthcare queries is a time-consuming process for general practices, exacerbated by staffing shortages and increasing workloads. With SmartConsult, patients complete triage and anamnesis questions related to symptoms such as abdominal pain, skin issues, eye complaints, or contraception needs. The system automatically generates a medical summary for the general practitioner's information system, freeing up more time for meaningful patient interactions. Next Dynamics continues to develop and manage the SmartConsult solution.
